1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PlayEazy mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PlayEazy is a marketplace platform that connects sports club members ("Players") with sports clubs ("Clubs"). We facilitate the discovery of clubs, purchase of memberships, and management of membership information. PlayEazy is not a sports club and does not directly provide club services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Memberships and Payments

When you purchase a membership through PlayEazy:

• The membership is provided by the Club, not by PlayEazy
• Prices are set by the Club and displayed inclusive of all platform fees
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor
• Refund policies are determined by each Club and displayed before purchase
• PlayEazy is not responsible for disputes between Players and Clubs regarding membership services

5. Club Responsibilities

Clubs that list on PlayEazy agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their club and membership offerings
• Honor memberships purchased through the Platform
• Set and clearly communicate their refund policy
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated systems to interact with the Platform without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

PlayEazy provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of club services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayEazy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date.
